Element light weight water soluble stabilizer is a soft, non-staticky, yet rigid non-woven sheer-like fabric. This stabilizer eliminates the common problem of average films, it does not get crispy or dried out. It’s easy to tear off from any embroidery with just dabs of water. Available in both 16”(400mm) and 20”(500mm) widths.
